We delegate part of our service provision functions to external services.
The features using linked services and the details of those integrations are as follows:

OpenRouter	Cloud BOT Operator Virtual browser extension - “AI / Request to AI” app	Requests are proxied to the AI provider.
Google AI Studio Google Vertex	Cloud BOT Operator Virtual browser extension - “AI / Request to AI” app	AI model execution. The request is forwarded via OpenRouter to Google AI Studio or Google Vertex. Data entered by users when using this feature may be stored for a certain period for security and quality improvement purposes. Retention period: 55 days. Use for training: Not used.
OpenAI	Cloud BOT Operator Virtual browser extension - “AI / Request to AI” app - “AI / Request to ChatGPT” app	AI model execution. If an OpenAI-provided AI model is selected, The request is forwarded via OpenRouter to OpenAI. Data entered by users when using this feature may be stored for a certain period for security and quality improvement purposes. Retention period: 30 days. Use for training: Not used.
Azure AI Document Intelligence	Virtual browser extension - “AI / Extract text from image or PDF (AI-OCR)” app - “AI / Extract text from specified positions in images or PDFs (AI-OCR)” app - “AI / Read barcodes from image” app - “Utilities / Authenticator(QR code)” app	AI model execution. Data entered by users when using this feature may be stored for a certain period for security and quality improvement purposes. Retention period: 24 hours. Use for training: Not used.
