Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Member management is a function that can manage members and guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members and guests can be invited individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Cloud BOT account invited to a contract is called a member<\/strong>.
Members will share the resources (BOT, schedule, execution log, usage status, member, contract information, etc.) in the contract they are invited to.
Member invitation is available on paid plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A guest<\/strong> is an email address used as a notification destination within the Cloud BOT service.
*Guests do not need a Cloud BOT account.<\/small><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following operations can be performed on this screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  4. Confirm the number of BOTs with email notifications set<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To add a member, follow the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Press the \"Add\" button. (A modal window will open.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Enter the email addresses of the members you want to invite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Enter the name of the member to add. (Optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select the role of the member to add.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Press the \"Invite\" button. (An email will be sent to the address of the invited member.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The invitation mail was sent successful when you see this alert<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      About the status of members<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If enabled as a member, the status will be \"OK\".
      If you are inviting, \"Inviting\" is displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Cancel the Member Invitation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      You can cancel the invitation by pressing \"Delete\" when the member's status is \"Invite pending\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
